One-time Setup Fee
One time fee applies to aircraft recurring inspection item data input into Aircorp database. Monthly management fees apply based upon level selected.
Records Research & Recurring Data Input
We will take the hassle out of managing your aircraft chapter 05 time limits and maintenance checks as well as the applicable Service Bulletins / Letters and AD requirements by integrating your records into our state-of-the-art database. Current ATA chapter 05 time limits and maintenance check requirements along with current manufacturer Service Bulletins / Letters and AD's provided by owner/operator.
Monthly Tracking
Manage Aircorp database or existing aircraft maintenance tracking program for both airframe and engines. Examples (CAMP, Cams, Cescom, CMP, Honeywell MSP, JSSI, Jet-Care)
Updates
Coordinate log book entries for recurring maintenance are sent to owner supplied database when not on Aircorp database.

Due List Reports
Provided to owner/operator from Aircorp database or customer supplied database.

Log Book Entries
Entered into hard-copy log books (if stored with Aircorp)

Parts & Service Purchase Order Tracking
Tracking through Aircorp database allows for quick warranty determination for premature part failures. Annual cost reports available for budgetary purposes.

 
Multiple Service Center Proposals
Prepared using scheduled due list prior to all major scheduled events. Performed quarterly to minimize downtime and repositioning costs.
 
Discrepancy Verification
We will ensure that all discrepancies identified during the visit to the service center are approved prior to work being performed.
 
Invoice Verification
We will audit the service center's final invoice following major events prior to final payment to the service center.
